Monitoring - ITS and Cisco engineers resolved the wireless outage late last night and are now monitoring the network to ensure its stability. Update - Cisco has brought multiple senior engineers to investigate the cause of this outage, and continues to make it a priority, but still has no answers.

Update - We are continuing to investigate the problem causing the wireless outage in Revelle, Muir and Matthews Apartments.
We are working with Housing Dining Hospitality and the Registrar’s Office to identify several locations on campus where residential students can connect. So far we have:
• The area outside of 64 Degrees and Roger’s Market
• The dining deck outside of Pines
• All of the classrooms/lecture halls on the first level of Center Hall
• All of the classrooms/lecture halls in Peterson Hall
Your safety is our number one concern. As there could be many other students needing a safe place to connect, please make sure to do the following if you go to one of these locations:
• Wear a mask
• Practice safe distancing of at least 6 feet

Update - Many of the wireless access points in Muir and Revelle College areas, as well as Matthews Apartments are being impacted by this outage. Campus is working with Cisco to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
